Delegate Lewis moves to amend HB2402 on page 2, Section 3, line 6 by striking out the word “or”;

And,

On page 2, Section 3, line 7 following the word “married” by striking out the period inserting a semi colon and the following:

“or

 (4) Unless the parent, guardian, foster parent or kinship placement is subject to an allegation of abuse or neglect by the child, or subject to an open case of child abuse or neglect pursuant to §49-1-201et seq. of the code.”
